Order Cancellation Policy
- Same Day: If you cancel your order on the same day you placed it, you are eligible for a full cash refund or complete order cancellation with no penalties.
- Next Day: If you cancel your order the day after placing it, 25% of the invoice amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
Refunds and Returns:
- Customers are eligible for a full refund if they return the furniture within 7 days, provided the item is in the same condition as delivered or was received damaged or defective.
- Items that have been damaged or mishandled by the customer will not be accepted for return or refund.
- Discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
